Infront CEO Erin Devlin
Erin Devlin GAICD, MRCSA, has been a Director of Infront Sports Consulting since 2010 and CEO since 2012. Erin has worked one on one with over 350 professional athletes and coaches Australia-wide in the areas of career planning, CV preparation, job interview skills, presentation development and work placements. She brings 10 years’ corporate experience to her role as CEO, having worked for Australia’s largest privately owned recruitment company, before establishing Melbourne based recruitment agency, Devlin Alliance in 2010. In the same year Erin became a Director of Infront Sports Consulting, extending her recruitment expertise to the sporting world and working with athletes and coaches to develop winning job application pitches, interview skills and career transition plans. Forming partnerships with key sporting associations and codes, including the Australian Cricketers’ Association, Cricket Australia, the AFL Coaches Association and the Professional Footballers Australia, Erin has had the privilege of watching many accomplished athletes and coaches forge a successful and rewarding career post-sport.
Erin is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and an elected VIC/TAS Councillor for the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA). She is regularly invited to speak at player development conferences, sport coaching conferences, as well as major sport and recruitment events. Erin is also a former professional ballerina. She danced with the Australian Ballet and the West Australian Ballet between 1997 and 2004, performing full time during various seasons. She achieved the Memorial Prize at the eighth Asian Pacific International Ballet Competition in Tokyo, Japan in 2000, and was awarded the Royal Academy of Dance Solo Seal Award. Having transitioned from an elite athletic environment herself, Erin is passionate about creating opportunities for professional athletes and coaches to develop a sustainable, financially rewarding, challenging and exciting ‘life beyond sport’.
