After losing his Rookie contract with the Victorian Bushrangers, fast bowler Louis Cameron began to look at a life away from the cricket field and pursue his interest in sports media. Speaking of his time at the other side of the camera lens, Louis shares his experiences of his recent placement with Cricket Australia’s digital department. Louis is one of a number of recent graduates of The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) Internship Program, a ten-week paid sport administration internship made possible through funds donated by the current players, and through partnerships with State cricket organisations nationally. The program, implemented in conjunction with Infront Sports aims to provide a platform for ACA members looking to develop their careers within cricket administration.
