About Erin

Erin, RCSA Industry Leader Award Winner 2022, is the Managing Director of Infront Sports Consulting. She is also the 2017 RCSA Professional Recruiter of the Year and author of the book ‘Get the job you really want’ available here.

Through Infront Sports, Erin has also worked with over 1,500 professional athletes and coaches on career transition and planning. She has recruited and managed teams in both temporary and permanent recruitment disciplines since 2007 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). As the Next Gen Board Director for the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA), Erin works with industry peers to raise professional standards and foster the next generation of talent.

She studied marketing and human resources at the undergraduate level and holds a Graduate Certificate of Business (Dean’s List) from Deakin University. Erin is regularly called upon to speak on careers and employment matters with ABC, Channel 7, Nine Network, Foxtel, 2UE, and Fairfax. She is an engaging speaker, author, business mentor and recruitment industry leader, and is passionate about helping people develop their careers and businesses.
