Cricket Australia, in partnership wth ACA and Infront Sports, is offering a Coach Development Intern opportunity to a current, transitioning, or past professional cricketer, who is an ACA Member.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage strong internal and external relationships to ensure high‑quality content is developed that elevates the coach development experience.
- Collaborate across internal teams to create collateral and resources that support coaching summits, content releases, and course delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external contributors to test and validate content, ensuring it is fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to coach development needs.
- Support curriculum design by contributing to the structure, release staging, and development of coach development materials suitable for podcasts, courses, conferences/summits etc.
- Lead key logistical components of coaching summits, ensuring events run smoothly and deliver outstanding learning experiences.
- Drive project management across internal stakeholders, keeping content and program development on track, on time, and aligned to scope.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Opportunities are offered by state cricket clubs, ACA, and Cricket Australia via Infront and the ACA Internship Program early in each calendar year.

- Successful candidates undertake a paid work experience placement opportunity of up to 300 hours.
