Infront Sports is Australia's leading professional athlete and coach career transition provider and sports recruitment agency. We are the exclusive delivery partner of work experience programs for professional athletes across AFL, soccer/football, cricket, and more. We work with major sporting codes, organisations, and associations to empower professional athletes in their current and future careers.
To support the placement of our athletes into high quality host environments, we are looking for an Athlete Placements Coordinator to assist with host organisation outreach and program administration. Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and reviewing athlete work experience applications.
- Developing target host prospect lists for athlete work experience.
- Creating tailored candidate pitches to secure athletes’ placements.
- Reaching out to prospective host organisations via phone and email.
- Selling in athlete profiles for work experience and consistently following up.
- Securing consultant conversations or athlete meetings.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of Infront Sports’ athlete work experience programs.
- Contributing to projects and administration across the broader Infront Sports business.
- Excellent organisation, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.

- A confident phone manner and ability to build relationships quickly.
