Queensland Cricket , in partnership wth ACA and Infront Sports, is offering a Data and Innovation Analyst opportunity to a current, transitioning, or past professional cricketer, who is an ACA Member .
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate video recording and provide comprehensive, efficient and timely analysis of Queensland Cricket games.
- In conjunction with Elite Cricket coaching staff, provide analysis that helps shape team strategy and match preparation.
- Database maintenance to enable the preparation and presentation of player performance information to specific high performance departments.
- Establishing a close relationship with the selection panel and coaching staff to provide timely and accurate performance information and trends.
- Provide individual player analysis on an as needed basis as requested by coaching staff.
- Serve as administrator and coordinator of the Athlete Management System (AMS) ensuring all HP staff have access, support and appropriate training.
- Maintain IT hardware and software platforms for Elite Cricke
- Develop close working relationship with Cricket Australia performance information team and support the effective adoption of critical systems and support tools.
- Support training sessions as required to enable High Performance coaching staff to implement skill development testing and effective feedback and reflection with players.
- Assist where necessary in innovation projects within Elite Cricket.
