In 2010, Erin Devlin founded Infront Sports, drawing inspiration from her own athletic journey and identifying a market gap for an athlete and coach career transition consulting agency. Through strategic partnerships with prominent sporting associations such as the Australian Cricketers’ Association, Cricket Australia, the AFL Coaches Association, and the Professional Footballers Australia, our team have supported thousands of accomplished athletes and coaches in embarking on successful and fulfilling careers within and beyond sport.
Infront Sports has provided valuable career transition services to over 1,500 professional athletes and coaches across Australia, offering support in areas such as career planning, CV preparation, job interview skills, presentation development, and work placements.
